Not sure what to use
F7 really *focussed* the panel for keyboard use, as F8 and F9 focus the address field and document window. This seems to be reversed in 7.50. F4 will now incorrectly not only open .... Reproduce: type in http://www.dkdjsdf.com in the address field and press CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER twice or more times, as fast as possible.

Note that neither Ctrl-Shift-F9 works, Ctrl+Shift+F9 is the key used to compile a single file in the CUA and Brief keymaps, whereas the Visual Studio keymapping uses Ctrl+F7 for this function. I presume you are using the VS mapping, and if someone suggested Ctrl+Shift+F9, they were assuming that you were using one
